Returns & Exchanges

At Awakenings Boutique customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the item. Please ship within 14 business days of receipt.

  • Items must be sent back within 14 business days of receipt in new condition, new means: exactly the way you received it.
  • Product has only been tried on, but Product has not been worn
  • The hair or structure is not damaged, altered or cut.
  • The tags are attached, cardboard supports and net (if any) are present and undamaged.
  •  No perfume, cigarette or other odors are present.
  • The retail box does not have creases, splits or damage of any kind.
  • The logo tissue paper is not torn, soiled, or excessively crinkled.
  • Refund amount will be calculated based on return item cost only. Shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Definitions of TRIED ON: to put on a product in order to test the fit, color or style. Definition of WORN: Anything longer than to put on a product in order to test the fit, color or style.

*Please respect that products that have been worn/used and/or do not meet the above conditions are no longer new and CAN NOT be returned. Wigs are beauty products and once used cannot be resold or sent back to our vendors. Items that do not meet these criteria will can either be sent back to you at your cost or we can charge a 30% fee.

Return Process

All the items we sell are in new and unworn condition. Therefore, we have 2 refund options in place:
· 100% Refund as store credit. Store credit does not expire and you may apply it towards future purchases at any time. Only a registered account is required.
· Refund to original payment method with a 15% restocking fee
. Original shipping is non-refundable. Note that every item returned is carefully received, examined, and shipped back to our vendors with significant time and costs involved.
